Overview
The KDG SIDELOK 30mm mount applies the company's push-button quick-detach system to a one-piece riflescope base. Pressing the forward release opens the camming clamp without a wrench, throw lever, or external tension knob. KDG states that the clamp adapts across Picatinny rail tolerances and maintains zero when returned to the same rail position.
The 30mm ring modules can move forward or rearward along the base to clear an objective bell, turret cluster, or magnification collar. Their removable top and bottom halves are machined together and marked as pairs to preserve alignment. The mount measures 5.98 inches long and wears a black Type III hardcoat anodized finish.
