Reptilia ROF-90 Red Dot Mount (RMR/SRO)

The Reptilia ROF-90 is a 12 o'clock piggyback red dot mount that adds a non-magnified optic directly above a magnified primary. Unlike a standalone Picatinny offset mount, the ROF-90 bolts onto an existing 30mm or 34mm scope mount, specifically the Reptilia AUS Mount and the Geissele Super Precision 30mm and 34mm mounts. It places the micro red dot at top dead center over the LPVO, so the transition to the dot is a simple straight-up cant of the rifle rather than a roll to 45 degrees.

CNC-machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and MIL-STD Type III hardcoat anodized in black or FDE, the ROF-90 weighs roughly 1.2 ounces and is made in the USA. Reptilia offers footprint-specific versions for the Trijicon RMR and SRO, Aimpoint ACRO P1/P2 and Steiner MPS, Aimpoint Micro T-1/T-2, and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, so the dot bolts straight on without an adapter plate.

Because it shares the host scope mount's clamping interface, the ROF-90 keeps the dot rigidly indexed to the same rail as the LPVO. The tradeoff is that it only works with the AUS and Geissele Super Precision mounts it was designed for; it is not a universal solution that clamps to any handguard or rail. For shooters already running one of those mounts, it is the cleanest way to add a backup dot without eating handguard real estate.
