Overview
The Forward Controls OPF-SW ACRO plate adapts S&W M&P CORE 2.0 and M2.0 optics-ready slides to Aimpoint ACRO P-1 and P-2 enclosed-emitter optics. Machined from 4140 chromoly steel with a black nitride finish, it supports the optic front and rear to reduce sight movement under recoil. The plate uses 6-32x5/16 plate-to-slide screws with separate sight-to-plate screws for full thread engagement.
