Overview
OuterImpact's MRA is the heavy-duty dovetail option. It bolts a 7075-T6 billet adapter to a steel dovetail base that replaces the rear sight, and its modular top interface fits more than 30 full-size optics: the Trijicon RMR and SRO, Vortex Venom and Viper, Holosun 407C and 507C, Burris FastFire, and most RMR-pattern dots. The steel base is the differentiator, it resists the recoil shear that works aluminum dovetail mounts loose over a high round count. It fits the G3C, G3X, G3XL, GX4, and GX4XL non-optic-cut slides. Shooters running a micro optic (407K/507K/RMSc) use OuterImpact's separate M.R.D.A. version instead.
