Overview

The TRACT 22 FIRE 4-12x40 AO is the target-oriented rimfire choice for shooters who need more magnification and close-range focus control. Its 4-12x range and 40mm objective cover small targets across common range distances. The scope has 3.5 inches of eye relief, spans 23.5 to 7.8 feet of view at 100 yards, measures 13.9 inches, and weighs 16 ounces.

The second-focal-plane T-Plex Dot uses a 0.10-inch fine crosshair and a 0.25-inch center dot, with both subtensions measured at 50 yards on 12x. Hand-turn turrets use 1/4-inch clicks at 50 yards, offer 60 MOA of internal adjustment, and can be reset to zero without tools. The reticle is non-illuminated, so the aiming pattern remains simple and needs no battery.

The adjustable objective focuses from about 10 yards to infinity. The scope uses a fully multi-coated optical system, an argon-purged and O-ring-sealed two-piece 1-inch tube, and a published waterproof depth of 3 meters. Rings are not included.
