Holosun 509T X2

The Holosun 509T X2 addresses the primary weakness of open-emitter pistol optics: debris blocking the emitter and causing dot loss. The enclosed emitter design houses the LED inside a protective tube, ensuring the dot remains visible even if the lens is covered with mud, blood, or other contaminants. This makes the 509T the most reliable choice for defensive use.

The titanium housing provides exceptional durability while keeping weight minimal. The same multi-reticle system from the 507C is present, offering the 2 MOA dot, 32 MOA circle, or both. Solar failsafe and Shake Awake are included, providing the same power management benefits. The side-loading battery compartment maintains the 507C's user-friendly design.

The 509T uses its own footprint but includes an RMR adapter plate in the box, allowing mounting to any RMR-cut slide. The adapter does add height, so direct 509T cuts are preferred when available. For shooters who prioritize reliability above all else, the enclosed emitter design justifies the price premium over the 507C.
