The enclosed emitter design houses the LED inside a protective tube, ensuring the dot remains visible even if the lens is covered with mud, blood, or other contaminants. The titanium housing provides exceptional durability while keeping weight minimal. The same multi-reticle system from the 507C is present, offering the 2 MOA dot, 32 MOA circle, or both. The 509T uses its own footprint but includes an RMR adapter plate in the box, allowing mounting to any RMR-cut slide. The adapter does add height, so direct 509T cuts are preferred when available.
