Overview
The Holosun SCS-PDP-GR is the Walther PDP counterpart to the SCS-MOS, SCS-320, and SCS-MP2. It mounts directly to factory Walther PDP 2.0 optics-ready slides without an adapter plate, addressing the PDP's multi-footprint plate system with a single dedicated optic that bolts straight to the slide.
Power comes from Holosun's Solar Charging Sight system: an internal rechargeable battery with a solar panel that maintains charge during normal use. Reserve runtime is rated 20,000 hours for storage. The reticle is a Super Green (540nm) 2 MOA dot with a 32 MOA circle, switchable to dot-only, circle-only, or combined display.
The 7075-T6 aluminum housing is the same as the rest of the SCS family. Trade-offs are the same: integrated rechargeable battery is not user-serviceable, the window is smaller than larger RMR-footprint Holosun pistol optics, and the optic is PDP-2.0-specific. For Walther PDP owners who want a direct-mount solar optic instead of dealing with the multi-plate system, this is the answer.
