Holosun SCS-MOS

The Holosun SCS-MOS is a Glock-specific pistol optic that mounts directly to the Glock MOS slide cut without an adapter plate. The Glock MOS plate system has a long history of zero-shift problems and added height; the SCS-MOS solves both by milling its mounting interface to the Glock MOS standard so it bolts straight to the slide. The result is the lowest-bore-axis Glock MOS optic on the market and a co-witness with factory iron sights.

Power comes from Holosun's Solar Charging Sight system: an internal rechargeable battery with a solar panel that keeps it topped off in any usable light. Holosun rates the system for over 20,000 hours of battery reserve. The reticle is a 2 MOA green dot inside a 32 MOA circle, with the circle helping new red-dot shooters find the dot under stress.

The Grade 5 titanium housing is rated IP68 for water and dust intrusion, and the closed emitter eliminates the open-emitter weakness of the Holosun 507C. Trade-off: the SCS-MOS is Glock-MOS-only and does not fit non-MOS slides, the Glock 43X/G48 MOS (different cut), or any non-Glock pistol. For Glock MOS owners who want a direct-mount enclosed optic, this is the only purpose-built option in its class.
