Two-piece active-reset system for the standard-slide PSA Rock 5.7 pistol.

The URSA-SEC RRS is an active-reset system for the PSA Rock 5.7. It adds two parts: a machined slide insert that gives the slide a reset face, and a trip that rides with the trigger bar. As the slide travels rearward after a shot, the insert drives the trip, which pushes the trigger bar and trigger forward to reset them while the striker re-cocks. The pistol stays semi-automatic, one round per trigger function, and the blade safety and striker block keep working.
URSA-SEC documents the fit on the standard-slide PSA 5.7 Rock with the factory striker fire-control group, factory trigger and trigger bar, and a factory-weight recoil spring. It asks owners of the RK1, the Compact Rock, or a heavily modified pistol to contact it before buying. The reset depends on slide velocity, so URSA-SEC specifies full-power 40 gr 5.7x28mm ammunition; subsonic and reduced-velocity loads will not cycle the reset reliably. URSA-SEC recommends a qualified gunsmith for anyone who has not removed the Rock's striker assembly and trigger bar before, and publishes an install, function-check, and troubleshooting guide for the kit.
