The Rock is easy to improve when each part is treated as an interface, not just a product category. The slide decides the optic footprint and plate. The frame decides the magazine family and holster mold. The rail light changes the holster shape. The barrel thread and action decide the suppressor mount. One wrong assumption can turn a good accessory into a part that never reaches the pistol.

This order also keeps the first three purchases useful without changing the pistol's operating system. A correct dot helps aiming. Factory magazines keep training moving. A matched holster lets the pistol carry safely. A suppressor adds more variables, so it belongs at the end of the process.

The base full-size Rock and the optics-ready threaded Rock are different starting points. The base SKU has a 4.7-inch barrel, no optic cut, and no muzzle threads. Its first major upgrade is the complete FDE upper in this ranking. That assembly includes the slide, recoil assembly, 5.2-inch 1/2x28 barrel, direct Shield cut, and separate RMR and Docter plates.
