EAA Witness Hunter 10mm

The EAA Witness Hunter row represents the legacy EAA-imported Tanfoglio CZ-75-pattern 10mm hunting pistol, not the current EAA/Girsan Witness2311 Hunter. Tanfoglio manufactured these pistols in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy, and EAA imported them before the current U.S. importer arrangement shifted away from this older Witness line. Treat this as a legacy/discontinued platform unless a current importer listing resurfaces.

The Hunter variant pairs a 6-inch barrel with the double-stack frame for 15+1 capacity, matching the Glock 40 MOS for both velocity extraction and round count. The integral Weaver rail on the frame accepts full-size optics and scope rings directly without adapter plates.

The CZ-75 action provides a different manual of arms than the striker-fired Glocks: a DA/SA trigger with frame-mounted safety that can be carried cocked-and-locked or hammer-down. The SA trigger pull on the Witness Hunter is noticeably crisper than any polymer striker 10mm, though not in the same league as the Dan Wesson Razorback's single-action 1911 trigger.

Used-market pricing varies because the old Witness Hunter is no longer a normal current-production EAA listing. The trade-off is aftermarket depth: spare parts, holsters, and accessories are limited compared to Glock 10mm platforms. This is a dedicated hunting and range gun, not an everyday carry or defensive platform.
