Flux Defense brace chassis for Gen 4 and Gen 5 Glock 19-size and larger pistols, with a forward spare-magazine carrier
The Flux Redux is Flux Defense's brace chassis for Glock pistols, and its return to the Glock after the original Flux Brace. It attaches to the Glock's backstrap with a push pin, adds a collapsing rear brace that deploys with a push on the release lever, and carries a spare magazine in a front holder ahead of the trigger guard. The red dot stays on the Glock's own slide rather than on a separate top rail.
The Redux is listed for Gen 4 and Gen 5 Glocks, and Dirty Civilian's hands-on ran it on compact and full-size models from the Glock 19 up, including a Gen 5 Glock 34 and Glock 45. Moving the chassis to another Glock takes about three minutes: remove one screw at the front assembly and the pin at the rear, drop in the new pistol, and reinstall both. A removable aluminum front shroud gives the support-hand thumb a shelf away from the muzzle. Thin suppressors clear it, and wider cans fit with the shroud removed.
The design is simpler than Flux's P320 Raider. There is no dual magazine drop, no built-in QD sling sockets, and no top optic shroud, so the Glock's own controls and slide-mounted dot carry over. The brace rails run over the slide stop, which makes locking the slide back awkward, and the factory magazine release sits farther from the thumb. Flux also sells a version without the front magazine carrier (part 161-00045).
