HK VP9cc

The HK VP9cc is the German-made micro-compact branch of the VP9 family, built in Oberndorf and sold in Europe as the SFP9CC. It scales the full-size VP9 down to a 6.02-inch, 17.64-ounce package with a 3.13-inch barrel and 10+1/12+1 capacity, while keeping the VP9 grip angle, paddle magazine release, and trigger feel intact. That makes it the only micro-compact on the U.S. market that runs identical manual-of-arms to a full-size duty pistol from the same family, which is the reason it exists; it was originally driven by a German law enforcement requirement for a backup gun that handled exactly like the issued duty pistol.

The serialized component is a chassis that drops into the polymer grip frame, so the same registered firearm can swap between an accessory-rail frame for home defense and a slick-dust-cover frame for deeper concealment without a second FFL transfer. The optic system uses two factory plates: Shield RMSc (HK part 50257862, fits Holosun 407K, 507K, and other RMSc-pattern micros) and Trijicon RMR-CC (HK part 50257252). Iron sights are tritium front and blacked-out serrated rear, designed to co-witness through the optic. The Optic Equipped (OE) trim ships with the Vortex Defender-CCW enclosed emitter standard.

The VP9cc is positioned above the U.S.-made HK CC9 ($699) at $1,049 MSRP for the optics-ready trim and $1,399 with the factory Vortex Defender-CCW. The price gap buys German manufacturing, the chassis frame-swap system, the dual-plate optic system, and the VP9-pattern paddle release for shooters already invested in the VP9 family. It does not buy magazine compatibility with the VP9, VP9A1, or VP9SK; the cc uses a dedicated micro-compact magazine pattern.
