Springfield Echelon Pro 4.0C Comp

The Echelon Pro 4.0C Comp is the compact member of Springfield Armory's Echelon Pro line: a small grip module, a 4-inch ported hammer-forged barrel, and an integrally compensated, Melonite-treated slide finished in Springfield Grey Cerakote. Springfield lists it at 23 ounces and 7.4 inches long, with a 1.2-inch grip width.

The Pro package adds features the standard Echelon 4.0C Comp does not have. The grip module carries Springfield's LightForged Badlands texture, a laser-formed cracked-earth pattern. A machined-steel flared magwell is installed from the factory and can be removed to run flush-fit magazines. The captive recoil system runs a stainless steel guide rod, a serrated black rear sight replaces the Tactical Rack U-Dot rear, and the pistol ships with three 18-round magazines.

Underneath, it is still an Echelon. The serialized Central Operating Group (COG) is the same stainless chassis used across the family, so grip modules and slide assemblies stay interchangeable, and the Variable Interface System (VIS) pins mount compatible optics directly to the slide without an adapter plate.
