Overview

The Holosun EPS Core puts the 0.9 by 0.63 inch viewing window from the full-size EPS into a compact enclosed pistol sight. Its 1.61 by 1.18 by 0.97 inch body weighs 1.4 ounces and mounts directly to the RMSc footprint.

Every EPS Core uses a side-loading CR1620 battery rated for up to 50,000 hours at setting 6. A forward-facing light sensor adjusts the reticle for changing light, while Shake Awake powers the sight down when idle and restores it with movement. The hard-anodized 6061-T6 aluminum housing is rated IPX8 and tested for 5000 G vibration.

Dot-only models use a 3 MOA reticle in red, green, or gold. MRS models add a selectable 2 MOA dot, 32 MOA circle, or circle-dot reticle in the same three colors. Solar Failsafe is limited to the MRS versions.
