TANDEMKROSS TKX22 Barreled Action

The TKX22 Barreled Action is the conventional-layout counterpart to the ADX: TANDEMKROSS's TKX22 receiver with a lightweight barrel already installed, plus the barrel retaining V-block and two V-block screws. The TKX22 receiver is CNC-machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and hardcoat anodized, carries an integral 0 MOA Picatinny rail that extends forward over the barrel, and has a cleaning port in the rear so a solid rod can reach the bore from the chamber end. It is sized for standard slip-fit barrels.

The barrel is either the 16.5 inch Spitfire or the 10.2 inch Comet, both tensioned stainless barrels inside M-LOK-cut aluminum sleeves, twisted 1:16 and threaded 1/2x28, each in a black or stainless barrel finish. The assembly weighs 1 lb 4.5 oz with the 16.5 inch barrel and 1 lb 1.4 oz with the 10.2 inch barrel, and measures 22 or 15.5 inches long. The 10.2 inch configuration is for a pistol build or a short-barreled rifle; putting a shoulder stock on it makes an SBR under federal law.

Because the TKX22 uses the standard 10/22 layout, it takes standard charging handles, bolts, trigger assemblies, and stocks. TANDEMKROSS suggests the KrossFire bolt, a Manticore or Manticore LITE trigger assembly, and any stock or chassis cut for a .920 bull barrel, and it does not guarantee third-party bolts, trigger groups, magazines, or stocks. The TKX22 receiver does not accept 10/22 Takedown barrels and is not compatible with Custom Shop 10/22 Competition Rifle models. The receiver is serialized, so the assembly transfers through an FFL.
