KIDD Classic II Slip-Fit Receiver

The Classic II is KIDD's conventional slip-fit receiver for a ground-up 10/22-pattern build. KIDD machines it from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and installs an interchangeable low-profile zero-MOA scope base, with higher-cant bases available separately. A rear cleaning access hole lets a rod enter from the chamber side without removing the barrel. Most important for this builder, the Classic II retains the standard slip-fit barrel and V-block architecture; it is not the Supergrade receiver with KIDD's proprietary threaded barrel interface. KIDD includes the V-block, while optional receiver pins, bolt buffer, rear tang, and takedown screw add to the parts list. As the serialized firearm component, it must transfer through an FFL.
