The Forward Controls Design ESF-H1 is a compact AR receiver end plate with a rear-facing QD sling socket. It replaces the previous generic "FCD QD swivel" catalog placeholder with a current product that actually exists in the feed and fits the same rear-sling-mount role.
The ESF-H1 is a better catalog fit than a generic swivel because it gives AR builders a defined receiver-end QD anchor with a known SKU, price, and finish. Use it when the build needs a compact rear sling point without adding a bulky side-loop plate.
