Taurus TTX22

The TTX22 is Taurus's first suppressor, and it is built to hang on a rimfire pistol without turning the muzzle into a lever. The 3D-sintered titanium monocore is 5.5 inches long, 1 inch in diameter, and 3.71 ounces on a 1/2x28 direct thread. Taurus rates it for .22 LR, .22 WMR, .17 HMR, and 5.7x28, so one stamp can cover a TX22, a 10/22, and a 5.7 pistol or PCC.

The sealed core is the maintenance trade. Taurus does not want this can pulled apart. Cleaning is a warm water and solvent dunk, a rinse, and a dry. That is faster than a user-serviceable stainless monocore after a dirty .22 session, but it also means you cannot inspect baffles or chase a struck core on the bench.

Taurus lists the can as full-auto rated and claims up to 30 dB of reduction. Subsonic .22 LR is still the quiet path; faster ammo stays louder because the bullet is still supersonic. Against a heavier stainless rimfire can, the TTX22 wins on muzzle weight. Against a serviceable core, it loses when you want to take the suppressor apart.
