144.1 Recoil Systems sells the Twitch design at $40, marked down from $60. It is a low-cost way to get the ToadLicker556 geometry into an MPA Defender, and the vendor is refreshingly plain about what it is: a beta device that may require tuning, fitting, polishing, or troubleshooting depending on the host.
The compatibility language deserves attention. 144.1 has personally tested the part only on MPA Defender models. They note that some customers report success on Cobray M11-style guns after removing or modifying internal components, and they explicitly decline to recommend, instruct, or encourage that. Do not modify a semi-automatic MAC's internals to force this trigger to fit. If your host is a Cobray, buy a system listed for it: the 3DP stainless unit, which lists Cobray fitment outright, or ART's MAC-11/VMAC9/MPA 2-Position System, which ART tested on Cobray hosts and installs with its own receiver clearance cut.
Returns are limited: installed, modified, fitted, or tested units cannot be returned, and uninstalled returns carry a 15% restocking fee. At $40 that is a tolerable risk, which is precisely the point of buying at this price.
Add the 144.1 Recoil Systems The Twitch (MPA/MAC) to your build and see how it enhances your platform.
