The Berger Hybrid ogive design blends tangent and secant profiles, making the bullet less sensitive to seating depth variations while maintaining the high BC typically associated with pure secant designs. This translates to excellent accuracy across a wider range of rifles without the finicky load development that full secant bullets often demand.

At 2,875 fps from a 24-inch barrel, this 130-grain load generates 2,386 ft-lbs of muzzle energy, roughly 165 fps faster than the Hornady 140 ELD Match. The velocity advantage, combined with the 0.564 G1 ballistic coefficient, produces a flatter trajectory through 800 yards and roughly equivalent wind drift to the heavier 140-grain options.
