Overview
Hornady Critical Defense 90900 uses a lighter 185-grain FTX bullet. Hornady's current US product page lists 900 fps and 333 ft-lbs from a 3-inch test barrel.
Use the 3-inch factory data when comparing compact pistols. The FTX polymer tip fills the hollow-point cavity, and the 20-round load should still be function-tested in the exact gun.
