HB Industries PS90 Extended Charging Handle

The HBI PS90 extended charging handle is the standard first-upgrade purchase for any PS90 owner. The factory charging handle sits flush against the receiver and is undersized for gloved or stressed manipulation. HBI's replacement adds 8mm of both height and length, which transforms the charging stroke from a fingertip pinch to a full-grip pull.

The handle is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and uses a Delrin bearing post inside the handle body to smooth the charging stroke and eliminate the metal-on-metal scrape that develops on the factory handle after high round counts. Retention is pinned with a roll pin, which is more secure than the factory press-fit and allows confident hard manipulation without worrying about the handle separating.
