HB Industries
Replacement for the factory floating charging shuttle that locks the charging handle forward during cycling. Critical for sustained suppressed fire.
The HB Industries Stribog A3 Locking Charging Block addresses a specific Stribog issue: the factory floating shuttle that holds the charging handle can wear or shift under high round counts and especially under sustained suppressed fire, where extra back pressure punishes the charging system. The HBI block replaces the floating factory part with a high-temperature Delrin body and a stainless steel detent that mechanically locks the handle in the forward position during cycling.
The locked-forward behavior keeps the charging handle from drifting rearward under cycling impulse, which improves bolt-to-handle alignment and prevents the factory shuttle from peening or deforming under suppressor backpressure. HBI rates it for "smooth, positive, quiet, and reliable" operation under extended suppressor use, which matches user reports from the suppressed-Stribog community.
Compatible with both factory and aftermarket charging handles (including HBI's own folding handle and the KDG ambi handle). Two variants are sold: a 9mm version for the SP9A3 and a 10mm/45 ACP version for the SP10A3 and SP45A3. NOT compatible with the SP9A3S short-receiver model. Drop-in install. Made in USA.
