KDG SCAR MREX MkII M-LOK Rail

The factory FN SCAR forend gives you very little to work with: a short top rail and minimal M-LOK real estate, which leaves no good home for a light, laser, bipod, or hand stop where you actually want them. The Kinetic Development Group MREX MkII fixes that. It is an extended M-LOK rail system that replaces the stubby factory section and runs M-LOK slots along the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, giving the SCAR 16 and SCAR 17 the forward mounting length the platform should have shipped with.

It comes in 2.2 inch, 4.25 inch, and 6.5 inch lengths in Black or FDE Cerakote, so you can match your accessory load and your rifle finish. The design preserves the SCAR's quick-change barrel functionality. Street price runs around $324. Front plate and rear QD components are sold separately. One compatibility note: the SCAR 15P uses KDG's separate MREX15 rail, not this 16/17 unit, so confirm your model before ordering.
