Sordin
Sordin's new X2 flagship launched May 27, 2026. SNR 29 with the HEAR2 audio system, four selectable profiles, SordinFLEX bayonet swap between headband, neckband, and helmet, single-battery power with a 4-hour auto-shutdown, and a waterproof shell.
Sordin announced the Supreme X2 on May 27, 2026 as the new flagship for the Supreme line. The X2 replaces the Pro-X as the platform Sordin is steering its hunting and shooting customers toward, and it is the first muff to carry the SordinFLEX modular system that lets the same cups switch between headband, neckband, and helmet mounting without tools.
The audio system is a clean rework. HEAR2 drives four selectable profiles through an ergonomic keypad: Hunter for general ambient, Focus for elevated gain in a tree stand or high seat, Shooter for a narrowed range-day frequency window, and Ambient off, which disables the microphones entirely while keeping the comms downlink open. Sordin rates the overall SNR at 29 dB, with high-frequency attenuation at 31 dB, and caps reproduced sound at 82 dB(A). A single battery runs the unit, with an automatic 4-hour shutdown to prevent drain.
The launch configurations are black or green, headband or neckband, GEL or memory foam cushions. A Bluetooth variant, the X2BT, was shown at SHOT Show 2026 and remains in development. Sordin backs the unit with a 2-year warranty.
