TANDEMKROSS Krossfire Bolt (Ruger Mark IV / 22/45)

The TANDEMKROSS Krossfire Bolt is a premium replacement bolt assembly for the Ruger Mark IV that drops reciprocating mass for faster cycling and lower felt recoil. EDM-machined steel construction throughout, with reduced cuts and lightening pockets that shave weight from the factory bolt while preserving the locking and feeding geometry. The result is a slide that returns to battery measurably faster, which translates directly to lower split times for competition shooters.

The improvement is real but incremental. A casual range shooter will not feel the difference; a Steel Challenge shooter chasing tenths between strings will. This is a deliberate-purchase upgrade for shooters who already own the Volquartsen Accurizing Kit and are looking for the next meaningful gain. Available in black-on-black (TK26N0540BWB1) and black-with-red-halo (TK26N0540BWR1). Functionally identical, the halo is a cosmetic accent. Note that aftermarket bolts can complicate Ruger warranty discussions, so keep the factory bolt in case you need to send the pistol back. The black-on-black SKU is the clean baseline configuration; color-halo variants are cosmetic.
