Overview
The Dos Boot is a replacement base plate for Magpul PMAG GEN M3 AR-15/M4 magazines. It adds two rounds of capacity, and its convex, treaded floor turns the magazine into a monopod when you rest the rifle on it in prone.
Die Free Co designed it around the 20-round PMAG: the goal was to keep the extension as short as possible so the pistol grip stays off the dirt when the rifle sits on the magazine. It also fits 10, 30, and 40-round GEN M3 PMAGs, so a 30-round PMAG with a Dos Boot holds 32.
Install is tool-less and drops in where the factory floor plate was. The plates are injection-molded polymer, made in the USA, and sold as a 3-pack in black or Coyote Brown.
