The EGW Bomar-cut 1911 dovetail mount adapts slides with the Bomar adjustable rear sight pattern to the RMR/Holosun 507C footprint. The Bomar cut is common on competition and target-oriented 1911s, including many Colt Gold Cup, Springfield Range Officer, and custom builds. The elevation screw on a Bomar sight sits behind the dovetail cut — that is the key differentiator from the LPA cut where the screw sits in the center of the dovetail.
