EHG RG380 Grip (Ruger LCP MAX Manual Safety)

The Magpul EHG RG380 is a replacement grip module for Ruger LCP MAX pistols equipped with a manual safety. It keeps the pocket-pistol footprint but reshapes the shooter interface with a higher beavertail, a deeper trigger-guard undercut, a longer trigger reach, and Magpul's 3/4-scale TSP texture across the front strap, back strap, and side panels.

The kit ships with the grip module, magazine release, release spring, grip plug, and one color-matched 13-round grip extension. That extension lets Ruger's 13-round LCP MAX magazine blend into the new frame profile instead of feeling like an add-on sleeve. Magpul lists the part at 1.9 oz and $39.95 MSRP.

Fitment is the important constraint. Magpul states this version fits existing LCP MAX models with manual safeties, accepts Ruger OEM 10-, 12-, and 13-round LCP MAX magazines, and is not compatible with existing LCP MAX holsters or other accessories. Treat it as a grip-frame conversion for shooters prioritizing control over preserving current holster fit.
