Chase Tactical
Full PALS front and rear on an entry-priced carrier with quick-release shoulder straps and a bottom-loading plate pocket. The minimalist MOLLE carrier for a truck bag or a patrol car trunk.
The QRC is the carrier you buy when you want plate coverage and PALS real estate without spending carrier money. Front and rear MOLLE webbing means every pouch you already own bolts straight on, with no proprietary placard footprint to buy into and nothing to standardize around.
The construction detail worth knowing is the bottom-load armor pocket with an internal stirrup. Plates go in from the bottom and the stirrup holds them seated rather than letting them settle and shift as the carrier moves. Shoulder straps are 2 inches wide, adjustable, and quick release, so the carrier comes off in a hurry without unthreading webbing.
Sizing is the QRC's practical constraint and its flexibility. Regular takes 10x12 shooter and swimmer cut plates along with SAPI S and M, while XLarge steps up to 11x14. That covers a wider plate range than most carriers in this price bracket, but you pick the size at purchase rather than adjusting later. Front and back carry 4 by 8 inch color-matched hook-and-loop fields for ID placards.
Material is the same Mil-Spec IR treated 500D Cordura Chase Tactical uses across the line, with bar tacking and reverse stitching at the load points and a drag handle across the back. At 2.5 lb it is a pound heavier than the LVPC-E, which is the cost of full webbing coverage and a larger plate envelope.
Add the Quick Response Plate Carrier (QRC) to your build and see how it enhances your platform.
