Overview
The ACE Gen 4 SOCOM combines a machined 6061-T6 aluminum stock with a closed-cell foam cheek cover. Five adjustment positions span a stated stock length of 7.5 to 9.5 inches. The assembly weighs 19 ounces and includes a 0.5-inch recoil pad.
The A150 package includes its own SOCOM buffer tube. It replaces the existing stock and receiver extension together, rather than sliding onto a standard carbine tube. It uses a carbine buffer and carbine spring, sold separately. Installation requires a CAR-style spanner wrench; a standard castle-nut wrench is too small.
