Overview
The XTN Folding Adapter is a single-hinge folder that sits between a chassis and any MDT buttstock with a male XTN interface. A single button press folds the stock through a 180 degree range, and an adjustable retention screw sets how tightly the hinge locks up. The body is A36 cold-rolled steel in a black liquid-nitride finish, and it installs on either side of the action.
Two interface versions are sold. The XTN-to-XTN version mounts to a female XTN chassis interface and adds 1.13 inches of length of pull. The XTN-Picatinny version clamps to a NATO/1913 rail, which covers chassis and AR receivers that do not carry an XTN interface, and adds 1.14 inches.
