Overview
The SB Tactical SBA6 is a 5-position adjustable Pistol Stabilizing Brace developed in conjunction with Die Free Co. for platforms that accept a standard mil-spec carbine receiver extension. It builds on the minimalist SBA3 format but reshapes the exterior: maximum width drops to approximately 1.6 inches, the narrowest figure SB Tactical publishes for the A-Series.
The defining construction change is a full rubber arm cuff, which SB Tactical calls out as what separates the SBA6 from the rest of the A-Series. The brace weighs approximately 8.5 ounces with a brace-only length of approximately 6.5 inches, and dealer listings put the installed assembly at 7.1 inches collapsed and 9.5 inches fully extended. An integral ambidextrous QD sling socket accepts a swivel from either side, and a 1-inch adjustable nylon strap is included.
The SBA6 slots between the lighter SBA3 (6.75 oz) and the reinforced SBA5 (9.5 oz) and SBA4 (10 oz). It ships in Black, FDE, and OD Green, and is made in the USA. The receiver extension is not included, and fitment varies slightly with receiver extension manufacturer and dimensions.
