T+K Hunting
T+K's full-auto-rated cover. Carbon-fiber sleeve, Kevlar-Nomex blend, Technora cinch — the hard-use sibling to the Kilo.
The X Tango is what T+K Hunting sends rifle shooters to when they ask about semi-auto or full-auto use. The Kilo is built for bolt-action and slow hunting cadence; the X Tango trades the B52 laminate aesthetic for a hard-use carbon-fiber sleeve rated to 1800°F, wrapped in a Kevlar-Nomex blend fabric rated to 800°F. Retention is the same Technora rope (950°F) used on the Kilo.
T+K is explicit on the page: for rapid fire beyond about 60 rounds without a cooldown, the guidance is to remove the cover. That's a more honest spec than "rated for full-auto" with no qualifications. For shooters running suppressed 5.56 carbines, .300 BLK SBRs, or .308 semi-autos that don't see belt-fed mag dumps, the X Tango covers the envelope between the Kilo's bolt-gun lane and the Liberty StraightJacket's belt-fed extreme.
Same six lengths as the Kilo (4" through 9") and the same lifetime manufacturing warranty. Made in the USA.
