Bersa B9 Modular Suppressor

The B9 is Bersa's modular pistol can, and it is the most flexible of the four 2026 WhisperTech suppressors. Full-size it runs 8 inches and 11.3 oz; strip it to compact and it is 5.8 inches and 9.2 oz. The piston ships in the box, so a tilting-barrel 9mm pistol works out of the package rather than needing a separate booster purchase, and the same can direct-threads onto a fixed-barrel carbine.

The caliber list is unusually wide. Bersa rates the B9 for 9mm Luger, .22 LR, .300 Blackout subsonic, .300 Blackout supersonic, 350 Legend, .357 Magnum, and .38 Special. Read the .300 Blackout line carefully, because it is the one that bites: Bersa restricts supersonic .300 BLK to hunting applications at five shots followed by a cool-down. This is not a rapid-fire supersonic .300 can. Subsonic .300 BLK, 9mm, and the revolver calibers are where it lives.

Construction is Grade 9 titanium with 17-4 PH stainless and 7075-T6 aluminum, finished in Cerakote black, and the modular sections reconfigure without tools. Bersa claims up to 32 dB of reduction in the full configuration and credits what it calls the patented Couvillion method, which separates solids from suspension and lets gases flow through instead of following the traditional Maxim baffle approach. Both are manufacturer claims; no independent rating has been published for this can. Bersa does not publish a full-auto rating for the B9, so do not assume one.
