The Rugged Obsidian 9 is a modular 9mm suppressor that offers excellent suppression with the option to run in either short (4.85 inches) or full (7.8 inches) configurations. Rugged's ADAPT module is what swaps the two lengths, and the keyed baffles index back to the same place after cleaning.
Built with 17-4 stainless baffles and a hard-coat anodized aluminum tube, the Obsidian 9 is belt-fed rated for pistol calibers up to 9mm and handles extended shooting sessions without concern. It ships with a 1/2x28 booster piston sized for tilting-barrel handguns; a fixed-barrel carbine or subgun needs Rugged's fixed barrel spacer (SP001), fixed mount, or 3-lug mount, all sold separately.
