Laser Ammo AR Flash Bolt (Infrared Laser)

Mechanically this is the red Flash Bolt: a drop-in bolt with its own trigger and laser that lets AR reps run back to back with no charging-handle work. The difference is the laser is infrared, and that difference decides whether the device is useful to you. Laser Ammo puts the notice at the top of the listing rather than in the fine print, and it is the first thing to check before ordering: an electronic target or simulator is required for this configuration to work as intended.

The reason to accept that constraint is the same reason serious shooters prefer IR on pistols. A visible dot invites you to shoot the dot, watching for the flash instead of driving the sights. An invisible laser gives you nothing to chase, so the rep is honest and the feedback arrives from the target after the shot rather than during it. For transitions across multiple targets, where the temptation to steer with the dot is strongest, that distinction matters.

Fitment and adjustment match the red version exactly: 9mm, .223/5.56, and 300 Blackout ARs out of the box with a conversion kit included, a separately sold .308/7.62 adapter for large-frame guns, windage and elevation alignment, and a shim and spring set for tuning trigger pull weight and reset. The Wilson Combat AR-9 exclusion applies here too. If you want to read point of impact on paper, buy the red bolt instead; this one has nothing to show you without a target that speaks IR.
