Dorin XPRT90 Forced-Reset Trigger

The Dorin XPRT90 forced-reset trigger is the premium PS90 trigger upgrade. Forced-reset trigger systems use a mechanical reset path that cycles the trigger forward after each shot, which can produce much faster splits than a standard semi-auto trigger pull. The XPRT90 implements this design specifically for factory semi-auto PS90 trigger packs, with 17-4 stainless steel hammer, sear, and reset components plus a 6061 aluminum three-position selector that replaces the factory selector.

Dorin and FN Specialties describe the system as firing one round per pull and not being a full-auto conversion, but forced-reset trigger legality is volatile and state-specific. Verify current federal, state, and local legality before ordering. The XPRT90 is also not compatible with full-auto trigger packs or modified fire-control parts.

FN Specialties lists new orders for the September-October 2026 production run. At $450 it occupies the premium tier of PS90 trigger upgrades, intended for shooters who want a specialized high-speed range trigger and are willing to verify legality and compatibility before purchase.
