Franklin Armory
Binary firing system for the B&T APC9: one round on pull, one on release, with a three-position safe/semi/binary selector.
The Franklin Armory BFSIII B&T-C1 is the binary trigger upgrade for the B&T APC9 family. In binary mode the trigger fires one round when pulled and a second when released; the three-position selector switches between safe, standard semi-auto, and binary on the fly. Moving the selector to safe before releasing the trigger cancels the release shot, preserving a safe stop on a misidentified target. Pull weight runs about 4.5 lb.
Franklin lists fitment for the APC9, APC45, GHM9, GHM45, and SPC9, and notes it should also function in the Pro and K variants of those firearms. Installation reuses the factory fire control pocket and is a competent home-gunsmith job. This is a range and competition trigger that roughly doubles practical rate of fire; it is not appropriate for any duty or defensive use.
State restrictions vary widely and must be checked before purchase. Franklin lists the B&T-C1 as not for civilian sale in a number of states; confirm current law for your jurisdiction before ordering. At $449.99 it is a premium upgrade priced as a competition novelty rather than a defensive improvement.
