Overview
The Trinity Trigger HK SP5K 3-Position FRT Trigger Housing is a complete replacement trigger housing for the HK SP5K family, including the SP5K-PDW, that runs Safety, Semi, and Forced Reset. In the forced reset position the bolt's rearward travel pushes the trigger forward into reset after each shot, so every round still takes its own trigger press. Trinity includes an MP5 trip, and the buyer chooses a curved or flat trigger and a black or gold cam.
The body is 3D-printed from carbon-fiber-reinforced ABS, with two metal plates set into the fire control group interface for rigidity and alignment. Trinity tunes this housing for the shorter bolt travel and tighter operating window of K-length guns, which is why it is sold separately from the full-size SP5 housing. It fits SP5K / SK guns in the short configuration only and does not fit the full-size SP5, mid-length, or SD models.
It is the turnkey option for an SP5K owner who does not want to source an AR-FCG lower, trip kit, and selector separately. It costs more than the Mars Trigger SP5K lower or a Rare Breed FRT-RD3 cassette. Trinity does not ship to 18 states or Washington D.C. Verify current federal, state, and local law before purchase.
