Talon Grips (Glock 43)

Talon Grips is the default Glock 43 grip-enhancement upgrade for shooters who want a stickier hold without stippling or buying a new frame. The product is a pre-cut adhesive overlay that wraps the grip in either a granulate (grit-paper) or rubber (smooth tacky) texture. The factory G43 grip texture is mediocre, which is a bigger problem on a subcompact with a short grip and high bore axis. Talon Grips meaningfully improves control without changing the frame profile.

Installation is straightforward: clean the frame with alcohol, peel the adhesive backing, align the pre-cut panels, and press into place. Full cure takes roughly 24 hours. The adhesive holds up to heat, sweat, and holster wear for years. When removed, residue cleans off with Goof Off or isopropyl alcohol; there is no permanent frame modification.

Pick granulate for range, competition, or shooters with dry hands who want maximum purchase. Pick rubber for concealed carry, where the granulate texture can wear through cover shirts over time. Both variants preserve factory frame dimensions, so existing holsters continue to fit without modification.
