Magpul
Rubber-overmolded steep-angle pistol grip for maximum traction and control
The K2+ takes Magpul's steep-angle K2 grip and wraps it in rubber overmolding that changes everything about how the grip feels in hand. The 17-degree angle pulls the wrist into a more vertical position compared to the A2's 25-degree standard, which reduces wrist strain and improves trigger reach on short length-of-pull setups like PDWs, SBRs, and AR pistols. The rubber overmolding provides positive, no-slip traction in rain, sweat, blood, or CLP, without requiring an aggressive texture that chews up bare hands.
The one-piece reinforced polymer core with wrap-around rubber gives the K2+ its structure while the overmolding delivers comfort and adhesion. The beavertail design ensures proper hand placement and fills the gap between grip and trigger guard. Like all Magpul grips, the K2+ accepts storage cores for batteries and small items, with the plug sold separately. Available in black, FDE, stealth gray, and OD green.
The K2+ sits at a sweet spot: the steep angle of the K2, the traction of rubber overmolding, and the Magpul storage core system, all for $25. The only reason to choose the standard K2 over the K2+ is if you specifically dislike the feel of rubber and prefer hard polymer. For everyone else, the $1 premium for the overmolding is the best dollar-per-improvement upgrade in the Magpul grip lineup.
