AT3 Tactical SPEAR XL Suppressor Ready Handguard

The AT3 Tactical SPEAR XL is the suppressor-ready version of AT3's SPEAR rail, bored to a 1.74-inch inside diameter. It sits below the 1.75-inch STNGR HWK XL and 1.8-inch SLR SD in this guide's bore comparison.

There is a practical nuance AT3 calls out directly: although the 1.74-inch bore will physically accommodate most AR-15 cans, AT3 recommends running a suppressor around 1.5 inches in outside diameter so the M-LOK slots surrounding the tucked can remain usable for accessories. With a larger can filling the bore, you keep the suppressor benefits but lose the ability to mount lights or hand stops in the slots directly over it. That is the real-world clearance-versus-utility tradeoff every tucked-can build navigates, and AT3 is unusually transparent about it.

Construction is 6061 aircraft aluminum with a steel barrel nut and two-piece aluminum clamp, M-LOK at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, and a lightened Picatinny rail at 12 o'clock. The SPEAR XL comes in 12 and 15-inch lengths and eight listed finishes: black, FDE, OD green, pink, burnt bronze, tungsten, titanium, and red.
