Cloak's 150-round cloth belt container adds fifty rounds over the rigid 100-round box. Its polymer and nylon construction uses the traditional M249-style retaining clip, and the package includes the AR-15 magwell adapter required for use with the MFR56 upper.
The soft body can conform as linked ammunition is consumed, which reduces the bulk of an empty container compared with a rigid box. The tradeoff is less impact protection for the belt. It remains a feed container only; a compatible M27-link belt-feed mechanism is required.
