Multispectral binocular pairing a 1280x1024 thermal core with a 4K color/night digital channel and a 1500 m rangefinder

The Pulsar Symbion LRF DXT50 is a multispectral binocular: one housing carries a thermal channel and a digital channel, shown on a 1920x1080 AMOLED display behind two eyepieces. The thermal side uses a 1280x1024, 12-micron sensor with system NETD below 20 mK behind a 50mm F1.0 lens, giving a 17.5-degree field of view (30.7 m at 100 m) and 2-24x magnification. The digital side uses a 4K (3840x2160) CMOS sensor behind a 50mm F1.8 lens at 6.5-26x, showing full color in daylight and switching to night viewing with a focusable 850 nm infrared illuminator that has three power levels.
Picture-in-picture modes show the thermal and digital channels at once, so a heat signature found on thermal can be confirmed in color or under IR without lowering the binocular. A 905 nm laser rangefinder measures to 1500 m at plus or minus 1 m in single or scan mode with true horizontal distance, and an integrated ballistic calculator works with Stream Vision Ballistics. Electronic image stabilization steadies the view at high magnification.
The magnesium alloy housing is IP67 rated, weighs 1 kg with batteries, and is laid out for one-hand use with dual focus wheels. Two external APS5 packs run it for up to 8 hours, with 5 V / 9 V USB-C external power. Recording goes to 64 GB at 1440x1080, and Stream Vision 2 handles streaming and control over Wi-Fi. A 1/4 inch socket and an ARCA-Swiss-compatible tripod adapter support glassing from a tripod.
