The Freedom Finger Triggers 22TY swaps the factory disconnector in the Taurus TX22 for a 316 stainless steel forced-reset disconnector. The part is CNC machined, uses slide motion to mechanically reset the trigger after each shot, and still fires one round per trigger pull. If the forced reset fails to complete, the pistol falls back to ordinary semi-auto function rather than stopping.
Installation needs no other modifications. Field-strip the TX22 per the manual, drift the trigger pin, lift the factory disconnector out of the trigger pack, drop the 22TY in, reinstall the pin, and reassemble. The disconnector is the only part that changes, so the swap is fully reversible.
