Glock 43X

The Glock 43X bridges the gap between the single-stack G43 and the double-stack G19. It uses the slim slide from the G43 but pairs it with an extended grip, and since 2026 it ships standard with Glock's factory 15-round Slimline magazine for 15+1 capacity. The result is a highly concealable pistol with G19-class capacity and far better shootability than the original G43.

The factory 15-round Slimline magazine is a metal, double-stack design that works with the standard polymer magazine catch, so no aftermarket parts are needed to run 15+1. Shield Arms' S15 remains a popular alternative and reaches 15 (or 17 with an extension) rounds, but it requires swapping in a metal magazine catch. Either path delivers G19-equivalent capacity in a much slimmer package.

The slim 0.87-inch slide makes the 43X exceptionally comfortable for appendix carry, while the extended grip (same length as G19) provides full purchase for all fingers. The Gen5 Silver nPVD slide finish matches the factory two-tone appearance. For shooters prioritizing concealment without sacrificing capacity, the 43X is hard to beat.
