Glock 43X MOS

The Glock 43X MOS adds the two features most requested on the original 43X: an optic-ready slide and an accessory rail. Standard Slimline MOS slides accept Shield RMSc footprint optics directly, while newer Slimline MOS-K slides accept Holosun K and RMSc footprints without adapter plates. That means popular micro dots like the Holosun 407K, 507K, EPS Carry, and SCS Carry may be direct-mount, plate-mounted, or direct after permanent RMSc recoil-lug modification depending on the exact slide cut. The integrated slim rail accepts compact lights like the Streamlight TLR-7 sub.

This transforms the 43X from a "just the gun" carry pistol into a fully-featured defensive package. With the factory 15-round Slimline magazine now standard, the 43X MOS pairs 15+1 capacity with optic capability and weapon light compatibility in a package that still conceals easily. This is the configuration many consider the ultimate concealed carry Glock.

The Slimline MOS system sits lower than full-size MOS plate systems, but buyers should verify whether their case label says MOS or MOSK before ordering screws, plates, or an optic. Filing or milling the RMSc recoil lugs can make Holosun K optics sit lower than a plate, but it is permanent gunsmith work. The front accessory rail is narrower than G17/G19 rails but accepts lights designed for slim pistols.
