Tactical Innovations ELITE22 Receiver

Tactical Innovations machines the ELITE22 from a 6061-T6 aluminum billet into an 8.3-ounce fixed-pattern receiver. Its defining feature is the extended Picatinny rail machined as one piece with the receiver, eliminating rail screws and keeping the optic surface aligned with the action. A plugged quarter-inch rear port provides chamber-side cleaning access. The receiver directly replaces a factory Ruger 10/22 action in standard stocks and uses the factory-style V-block barrel attachment, so fixed 10/22 barrels and factory-pattern internals remain available. It ships stripped: the bolt, charging assembly, barrel, trigger group, receiver pins, buffer, V-block hardware, stock screw, and stock are separate. Because the receiver is serialized, Tactical Innovations ships it only to an FFL.
